Who we are

What we collect
The only personal information this site collects is what you type into the quote form: your name, email address, and message, plus company, phone, and fleet size if you choose to give them. There are no accounts, no logins, and no marketing lists.
Why we collect it
One reason: to answer you. When you submit the form you are asking us to contact you about pricing, fitment, or investment, and that submission is your consent for us to do so. We reply to your inquiry and that's it. We don't add you to a mailing list, and we don't send promotional email you didn't ask for.
Where it goes
- The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which also runs the bot check on the form (Cloudflare Turnstile).
- Your form submission is delivered to our inbox by an email delivery provider. It is used only to transmit your message to us.
- We do not sell, rent, or share your information with anyone else.
Cookies & tracking
We don't run advertising or cross-site tracking. The Turnstile bot check may set a functional cookie strictly to tell humans from bots. That's the extent of it.
Retention & your rights
We keep inquiry emails as ordinary business correspondence. You can ask us at any time to show you, correct, or delete the information we hold about you. Email eyemagplug@gmail.com and we'll handle it. We operate under Canada's federal privacy law (PIPEDA) and anti-spam law (CASL).
Terms of use
- Content on this site is general product information. Specifications shown are reference figures; exact dimensions and material documentation are provided with fleet and distributor inquiries.
- The Magnetic Hub Plug is an early-warning indicator. It helps you catch signs of wheel-end trouble during a pretrip check. It does not replace scheduled inspections, preventative maintenance, or your obligations under applicable transport regulations.
